• Delivery to an address of your choice via our courier
• You’ll receive a delivery email making you aware that your item has been posted
• Your parcel will need to be signed for
• If you’re not in to take delivery you will get two more delivery attempts before the order is sent back to us. You can arrange your new delivery date directly with the courier

• Delivery is currently free but unfortunately we’re not responsible for the cost of returning item(s) unless the item(s) is faulty, damaged or the order has been sent out incorrectly.

• Approx 2–3 working days after you place your order
• You’ll receive an email to track your order

• At the moment we only offer delivery to mainland UK addresses

We hope you’re more than happy with your Po’ Bear item(s) but if they’re not for you, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 14 days of receiving your order.

All we ask is that you take care of purchased goods whilst they are in your possession. Trying on the item(s) is more than fine, but tags should not be removed and the original packaging should be kept. Items(s) should not be worn, soiled, ripped, washed or damaged in any way.

Unfortunately we’re not responsible for the cost of returning item(s) unless the item(s) is faulty, damaged or the order has been sent out incorrectly.

In order for us to process your return:
1. Please download and complete the returns form. You can download the RETURNS FORM HERE
2. Cut out the address label on the returns form
3. Securely tape the address label to the outside of the original packaging
4. Make the sure the item(s) is suitable for refund, please see the section below – How long will it take to process my returned item(s)?
5. Make sure you have included the filled in returns form in the package
6. Return the package to us – we recommend you get proof of postage and use a tracked service as unfortunately we cannot be responsible for items lost or delayed when being returned.

Items should wherever possible be returned in their original postal bag or similar with all original tags attached and completed returns form in the package.

It is very important when you return an item(s) you include a filled in returns form so that we know the order number it relates to. Without these details we won’t be able to process the refund quickly.

Items can only be refunded if they:
• Still have their original tags on
• Are in the original state they were in when you received them – items(s) should not be worn, soiled, ripped, washed or damaged in any way.
• Items that have been mistreated and/or are damaged cannot be accepted for refund

Once we are happy the item(s) are in refundable condition the process takes approx 5 working days.
• You will then receive a refund confirmation email
• We will then refund the cost of the returned item(s) into the account you paid for the item(s).

If you require a different size of exactly the same item:
• Please return the original item(s) as per the section above – How do I return my item(s)?

• Once we have received the original item we will send out the new size as requested

We aim to be efficient so you can enjoy your item(s) as soon as possible:
• If you cancel before we have sent your order out for delivery we will cancel the order for you with no costs incurred to you
• If your order has already been sent out for delivery unfortunately you will have send the items back to us therefore incurring postage costs
